KJ offers individual programmed coaching, month- and season-long training plans, private and group swimming lessons, and training plan consulting (for when you're pretty sure you've got your plan set, but want a second set of eyes).
As a collegiate swimmer, KJ was primarily a sprinter specializing in backstroke and butterfly. She found endurance sport to be a new home after graduation. She enjoys working with newcomers to swimming and triathlon as well as experienced endurance athletes.
